Themes

Themes allow you to change the appearance of Gregarius. At the current time, two themes ship with Gregarius:

• default: Gregarius' default theme.

• rss: Displays the output of any Gregarius page as an RSS feed.

You can download any of the lovely Gregarius themes from the Theme Repository.

[edit] Installing a theme

1. Download the theme archive and extract the files it contains. You will need to preserve the directory structure in the archive when extracting these files.
2. Using an ftp client to access your host web server, create a directory to contain your theme in the themes directory of your Gregarius installation. For example, a theme named Sunflower should be in themes/sunflower. Your theme may provide this directory as part of the archive.
3. Upload the theme files to the new directory on your host server.
4. Then follow the instructions below to Activate the theme.

1. Visit your gregarius installation using a web browser.
2. Click on the Admin button and then click on Themes
3. A list of all installed themes will appear. Click on Use this Theme next to the desired theme.

[edit] Activating a theme (0.5.2 and before)

1. Visit your Gregarius installation using a web browser.
2. Click on the Admin button and then click on Config.
3. Scroll down till you see the row titled rss.output.theme and click on Edit in the right hand side of that row.
4. You should see your theme listed now. Select the theme and click on Submit Changes.
5. That's it. You are all set to use your brand new Gregarius theme.
