If you wish to import your feeds one at a time, then look at the instructions on Subscribing to Feeds. This can be a chore if you have several feeds. The standard way of transferring lists of feeds between feed readers is via an OPML file. First you have to figure out how to export an OPML list of feeds from your current feed reader and then follow instructions to import the OPML file.
